Our facility contains state of the art equipment where our monthly members are able to work out 7 days a week. Our certified instructors hold a variety of classes such as Zumba, Cardio Hip Hop, Cardio Kickboxing, Step Aerobics and Shredded Abs.

We also offer a variety of exercise programs to help you reach your fitness goals. You can choose one or a combination of: Boot Camps, Boxing, Circuit Training, Cross-Fit, Self-Defense, Peak Performance Training, Personal and/or Group Training.
